Delivery & Returns

What is your Delivery policy?

  • FREE Delivery on all UK orders when you spend £35.00 or more

  • Standard Delivery £3.20 for all orders under £35.00

  • We aim to dispatch items within 3 working days of your order being placed and shipping is estimated between 3-5 working days.

  • At present, Delivery is only available to UK postcodes.

Parcels will be shipped via Royal Mail or Courier depending on the location and size of your order. 


It is the responsibility of our customers to ensure they input their address correctly and are available to accept deliveries. Any changes that need to be made to your delivery address should be sent to info@thelittleluxe.co.uk immediately. We cannot guarantee we will be able to make any changes after the order has been processed but we will try our best where we can. 

What is your Returns & Refund policy?

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. We do not cover postage cost for returned items at this time.

To start a return, please contact us at info@thelittleluxe.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving your item and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
